His 24 hour anti Trump/Musk DOGE speech is about to be Longest filibuster - formerly held by Strom Thurmond against civil rights act.

    Long live meritocracy!

Burn in hell Strom Thurmond you old piece of ****.

Hey Booker wants to undo a lifetime of passively submitting to the trend to the right. Hopes folks will remember this when he runs fr president in 2028.

Hopefully lefties have realized that facists are worst than liberals and sitting out an election is braindead and accomplishes nothing.

Lefties overwhelming helped the facists win in 2024

Just so everybody understands, Booker has been speaking cogently about the issues the entire time and Strom Thurmond famously spent hours reading from the encyclopedia, because segregationists were and are dumbshits

I listened to a lot of it. He did a great job discussing so many issues while constantly encouraging people not to lash out at others, but work together for change, and encouraging bipartisan support to stop many of the detrimental actions being enacted by Trump and Musk. I love how he addressed letters from Veterans, farmers, aid workers, healthcare workers, and other Americans around the country, letting them know that their fears and struggles are heard, and not falling on deaf ears.

How anyone can look at the budget deficits and national debt of the USA and conclude that we do NOT need to cut spending is just absolutely stunning to me. Musk's review of government spending and proposed cuts are literally going to save the financial health of our nation. We will not have a viable economy if the spending trend that Biden put us on continues. Musk is giving his time and talents to save our nation. You'd have to be very stupid to not see this. But here the economically illiterate American liberals are!

    GOOD DAY

    Fixed it for you....

How anyone can look at the budget deficits and national debt of the USA and conclude that we need to make tax cuts and tax loopholes for the billionaires and top 1% is just absolutely stunning to me.

    traitor,
George, why is DOGE too afraid to cut the fattest target for waste/fraud and abuse

DOGE has not taking 'chainsaw' to defense spending

Pentagon has been the 'fattest target to hunt'

DOGE's self-proclaimed "$35 billion" in savings so far but has left the "fattest target to hunt" "unmolested across the Potomac at the Pentagon, a place
former President Eisenhower and WW2 hero, had warned us was out of control in in the mid 1950s,", calling it the defense industrial complex

so far, DOGE has avoided this hot potato of waste/fraud/abuse, why?

Yeah, right. Musk is going to ensure he gets a big chunk of that funding for his own businesses, and he paid Trump to ensure that quid pro quo. Plenty of that gutted agency money will go right back to him so he can get big tax breaks, fly his rockets, and get government contracts here and around the world.

His loyalty isn't to America any more than Trump's.
They are in it for themselves first and foremost. Meanwhile Trump spends millions and millions and millions golfing, going to sporting events, and winning and dining at his resorts at the taxpayer expense, in between taking bribes, hosting fundraisers, selling souvenirs and funneling money into crypto, and having bedtime chats with Putin.

They would both bribe or use threats against foreign leaders to not only fund their businesses, but embrace their far right ideology, regardless of the harm it causes Democracies, worker rights, human rights, and the environment around the world. It's not America first by any means. The grift is crystal clear.
