Jalen is getting really good at playing 1v1, there was a play against Ighodoro where he just sized him up and blew right by for an and-one. Now, Ighodoro doesn't exactly have the fastest feet in the world, but that change of pace and recognition by Jalen is what is separating him this season from the previous ones.

Especially when you consider he started 0/4, Jalen was a flaming torch tonight who could do anything he wanted to.

However, he did it against a team that wasn't trying. Lets see what happens in a meaningful game against the Lakers when both he and Alpi will be under the national spotlight.

 

Hopefully, they will play well together along with the rest of the team.
