I know there's alot of people here who really like this show, and I was just wondering what your favorite episode was. Although it's hard to choose, I think mine would have to be the Special People's Games.
Yeah that one was just on tonight. If i had to pick i'd say the episode where Peter found out he was black. That one was hilarious!
i think mine has to be when he plays golf on their anniversary, then gets hit by lightning and death takes him around everywhere (especially since Death is adam corolla who is always funny). at the end when Death kills the girl it's hilarious. "you can't hug your children with nuclear arms."
My favorite is that episode of Peter been sent to a women camp. The classic line "Women are created by God for men's entertainments".
The greatest Family Guy episode in my opinion was the one where Peter coached Joe in the special olympics.
That episode also has my favorite quote: (Peter talking, of course) "Why did God give women boobs? So you have something to stare at when you talk to 'em." There are too many great episodes for me to pick just one.
Episode: I am Peter, hear me roar. That's my personal favorite. Also, I got my USA DVDplayer to play Region 2 DVDs (UK and W.Europe), so now my Family Guy Box Set works. Yah!!!! It's just all the releases together, but also 15 minutes of unreleased sketches with voice over that never made it to final production.
the greatest moment ever on family guy is when peter is pretending to be an addict so he's in the rehab clinic and some attendant asks him who he is and as he's trying to make up a new name he starts looking around and see's a pea on a plate and says "pea" then some girl crying "tear" and then a freakin' griffin flies through the room to finish it off. the griffin flying through is just epic. a close second is brian in the back of a truck with some mexican dude. brain says something in spanish. guy responds in english. brian "oh you speak english." guy - "no, just that sentence and this one explaining it." brian - "you're kidding right?" guy "que?" me and my roommate were rolling on both of those things.
That would be my favorite line from that episode as well. My favorite episode is the one in which they get super powers and Peter changes himself into Britney Spears to get a lock of Justin Timberlake's hair. Timberlake wants to kiss "Britney" and then "Britney" changes herself into Gene Shalit (sp?) and of course there is the famous Peter Griffin laugh. The Special People's one is good, too, mainly because of the Stephen Hawking type who taunts Joe after every event.

the one where stewie tries to become a cheerleader to take over the minds of everybody else. the best line ever is at the end of this episode. Quagmire finds the cheerleader that stewie tied up and says "dear diary, JACKPOT!" then the one where Peter sees a girl on the side of the road selling lemonade. he goes up and tries to buy with credit card, she says cash only then Peter goes off on her something along the lines of this: "Cash only, oh, i get your plan - no paper trail - well i won't have anybody selling drugs on my street!" and he knocks over her lemonade stand.
I've always enjoyed the one where Peter becomes a VP of the tobacco company. The one where Stuey gets put in a foster home is also solid, as he turns all the multicultural kids against one another.
There's one bit that they show in a lot of commercials for the show where Peter is spying through a peephole into a girls locker room and he says "move the towel, move the towel." The girls then turn and look and he goes "oh, oh they spotted me," and then you see that he was standing in the middle of the locker room with a piece of wood with a hole covering his face.
"Deadly Weapons" Also known as the episode where the entire family gets into a BIG fight that lasts like an entire 2 minutes. Thrown chairs, broken glass, punches, kicks, headlocks, knock down drag out fight.. One of the absolutely funniest things you will ever see in your life. Honorable Mention: "Let's Go To The Hop" Peter disguises himself as "Lando Griffin" and attends Meg's school in order to convince the teens that a new drug trend of licking toads is uncool. "To Love And Die In Dixie" The family moves to the south under the witness protection program. The family has to adapt to the culture and Peter becomes sheriff.
I like them all, but the episode where he finds out he's black slays us. "I gotta hangnail-HANGNAIL-hanging from my cuticule, A hangnail-HANGNAIL-and it ain't beautiful. It hurts like a b**** that I did last night." "Dad, what's a library?" "It's a place where homeless people come to shave and go BM." "Hehe, alright settle down spaz." "Please go find a job" "Why?" "Which number are you trying?" "7" "Oh, this is 3" "I gotta tell Bonnie I'm sleeping with a black man!" "My jacket's in there, please don't write on it." "MekalekahimeckaGod I hate you so much." "Consider yourselves lucky I wasn't going after your gullyholes." "My, it seems my weewee has been stricken with rigor mortis."
the bird knocking over the outhouse ("it's getting in my raccoon wounds) and the raccoon jumping on peter out of everywhere including lois' shirt and peter's gun are classic.
