Im not the “eye test guy”. Watching with no understanding or knowledge is useless. That’s why so many on this site can only cite a handful of metrics that do not tell a complete story.

You said “benched the first 2 years”. You did not say 2 games.

Yes, I'm aware of the wrist injury. Hope it's minor stuff.

The Blazers hired former draft guru Mike schmitz 2 years ago - who LOVED Avidja - & then went out & acquired him - he isn't going anywhere.

Jalen Green's last 5 minutes in the 4th qtr was a master class in playmaking and decision making. Dude was amazing. PGJG was the future that was foreseen.

That's too bad. The Rockets do need to make a similar move for a starting caliber PG.

Unfortunately, it's very difficult to pull it off.

For the first time this year I saw my preferred starting line-up playing together and it was about the last 4 mins of the game. Amen, Jalen, Jabari, Tari, and Sengun. Sure would like to see that lineup starting at least once this season just for fun.

that's our future right there, it only makes sense to play them together as much as possible.

Another game where we needed to be reminded to not let the foot off the gas. Not a fan of that. Sengun was a monster but has to stop the whining, Jalen with lazy passes, Tari fouling 3pt shots and in general playing defense with our hands. Perimeter D was also quite sad, they got into the paint so easily.

SGA or Austin Reaves gets a whistle from all three refs in this same exact situation. It's getting absurd how little respect Jalen gets. Feels like he's being targeted at times.

That was the worse one. Jalen got him in the air, out of control, didn’t jump into him etc. I think they just didn’t want to foul out jazz bigs.

"Never complained like Alpi" means he put his head down and worked on his game and effort like Alpi.

Maybe my wording was wrong but you got the complete opposite of what I said here. I'll blame myself for poor word choice.

I think pretty much all the main 5 young guys in Green, Alpi, Amen Bari and Tari are rather selfless hard workers and a large reason why this rebuild is a success.

I had to stop and think for half a second right there. Yeah, the wording was a bit confusing, but looking at the whole message and knowing your posting history, it wasn't that hard to understand what you meant. I think we all need to be a little less thin skinned about our favorite players. Then we can have a better experience here, especially after clearing the noise created by absolute haters of whomever in the team.
