If the vast majority of core customers are not pissed off - and the vast majority of those that are upset were never potential customers..... then why has the stock dropped by over 40% in 90 days? Especially with so many right wing social media types pushing for the purchase of Tesla's, you would think the sales would be through the roof. I don't agree with violence or property damage of Telsa dealerships or vehicles - however I have no problem with protests or bad mouthing of the vehicles or their CEO. Musk has made the decision to become a prominent public figure, and has said a number of controversial things and has gotten deeply involved in politics. He had to know that this would hurt his brand, and that it would also alienate rich liberals that purchase many of his vehicles. It is also why many businesspeople with well know products in the public sphere are careful with their words and actions politically. I suspect that Tesla survives - but the level of surprise that Musk claims he has had to his politics and its influence on his brand shows naivety on his part. At the end of the day I hope Tesla survives and I hope Elon's ingenuity continues - but for all his brilliance as a visionary in business, he appears to be r****ded when it comes to understanding people, psychology and basic human relationships.
The only good thing I think Trump and Elon have contributed since the election is that it is now acceptable to say r****ded again. Except with the woke Clutchfans autocensor software. I can't think of a better way to describe Trump and Elon - they are a couple of r****ds.
In 2024, Chinese EV giant BYD outpaces Tesla with annual sales of more than $100 billion In a filing published Monday, BYD posted a 29% increase in revenue from the previous year, bolstered by sales of its hybrid vehicles. This figure exceeded Tesla's $97.7 billion annual revenue Even though the EV market grew last year, Tesla’s 2024 deliveries dropped double digits from 2023, confirming that the company has indeed lost momentum. Tesla's February 2025 market share in Europe drops despite EV pickup Investor Ross Gerber, a longtime Tesla supporter, is now calling for Elon Musk to step down as CEO , Investor Ross Gerber, a longtime Tesla supporter, is now calling for Elon Musk to step down as CEO. For more than a decade Ross Gerber’s wealth management business has backed EV maker Tesla under the leadership of Elon Musk.
chomping at the bit, awaiting for the newest prodcution data from Tesla, whose next earnings release will be on 4-26-'25 after dropping from 488 in late Dec 2024, TSLA stock had dropped to 217 in early Mar 2025, a 55% drop. over the past 8 trading days, there has been a dead-cat's bounce to 288 if you don't think this is a dead-cat's bouce, why aren't you making a bullish play on TSLA? one can only infer no cajones fwiw; another quarter of decline in production, to be reported in the 4-26-'25 ERS, will close the 217 - 212 gap !!
lol my cat is very green, unlike your options call. It can bounce up and down all it wants. It will stay green.
it would be if you had shorted TSLA in late Dec 2024, when it was ~~ 488 yet ur too afraid to give specifics such as at what price did you buy TSLA, assuming that you had bought it?
The Muckie Duckster might get even more dangerous as Tesla is beat out by other EV's and Elon perhaps slips in the ranks of the rich to say 2nd or third.
You hate to see it: Will Tesla sell another vehicle in Europe.....ever? You should just close all the factories now dog lol.
Theres sincerely nobody that's a bigger dumbass than @Space Ghost and its not even close. I'm almost certain he has some mental health issues he hasn't disclosed here. Nobody can be more gullible and more stupid than he is.
Folks like him and @basso @Os Trigonum have no social life or friends in real life. Theyve clung onto the MAGA movement as it gives their insignificant lives meaning for the first time. It's how cults are formed. They prey upon the lonely individuals who have no direction in their lives
Yes. I felt I,was doing the obvious, so not really much to it,easy money if you avoid short seqeez, I bought also SQQQ and there's a risk Trump m8ght back off, but I have a comfortable margin so far and willing to swap it with TQQQ maybe next Fridays or exit (work schedule might not help to follow up closely) The hardest part was selling rental detached property with 7% return in which I may regret , but had to go with it and see how the next 9 months go ( I think we are moving into 2nd phase )of Elliot waves
