Thanks for sharing some of insight Nook. Pride is that crux that prevents greatness. And Cam has a lot of misplaced pride. I get he’s confident in his basketball solo-skill acumen; but a well coached player will feast on a much more talented and undisciplined player. I don’t think Cam gets it, that he has to trust his teammates and play within a system. As that is how you break the opposing team’s defensive rotations. Hero ball is for the streets…. Sad part is that the doors will close and the opportunity is gone, before you can even react. I think Cam is on the brink of wasting a golden opportunity, he’s still young but a fella hits 24 and they aren’t see as young anymore…. A fella gets a bad rap, and he becomes toxic. As it’s more easy to fail in the NBA even if you are 100% invested. Cam is sleep walking and disgruntled, he’s not doing himself any favors for long term success.
The thing is ALL GREAT players have pride, and I believe Cam will get it, I just want that here in Houston....... Kobe was a 19 year old punk too...... DD
He's not not good. He's a me first player. It's why he dropped in the draft. Hopefully he's included in a trade. Also lol at comparing Cam with Kobe
Starting at the 21:00 mark is why I think we need Cam. If he just give Jalen an additional 10 -15 mins game time of rest, how much better could the Rockets be
Pistons Love Ausar Thompson, it will never happen. Maybe Ausar Thompson becomes a Max Guy, it won't happen in Houston.
The Antic Cam Whitmore did in Miami with those 2 - 304 in Miami Hotel. Cam Whitmore I think his playing days are done this season and the Playoffs. Cam is just watching Free Games on the bench.
Bilal Coulibaly of the Wizards, if he is available the Rockets have to trade for him, plays defense and offense off ball, very good 3 point shooter.
Aggression wise he is.......Kobe was a nutjob too much shooting 19 -20 year old too...... I don't know if Cam will be a bust, or a superstar, or in between - because he doesn't get the playing time that others got. DD
