    I haven't seen enough of him to know how good a hitter he will be with at bats at the MLB level. He has a lot of power and is an above average, but not great athlete that is slowed a tad because of his size. I think he can competently play either corner outfield spot - but if Smith plays well, I think Smith gets RF because he has a very strong arm and is the better athlete. I expect Smith to be a very good defender in RF in time if that is where he ends up.

    Reading all the doomsday prophecies about Altuve's deterioration as a player, it appears that he is an old slow coach if you know Thomas the Tank Engine.
    Guess he will never get into the hall of fame. I jest but it sounds to me from some posts that he is not anymore, the engine of the boat but the anchor.
