Kings are messing around and no way the Suns will miss the play-offs with the Mavs and them unable to win consistently. Btw Coby White would’ve been really nice right now, I would’ve paid him the big bucks.
Do the Jazz have any shame at all on tanking? They led the Grizzlies 65-64 at halftime and got outscored 76-38 in the 2nd half. That is trashy, especially at home.
LeBron is an expiring in Summer 2026 with Doncic and Reaves each having a PO (Player Option). If LeBron wants to keep playing for the Lakers , and still wants a huge salary, do the Lakers have a viable path to assembling a decent roster? If the NBA helps him get in on the expected league expansion, then the question above likely fades away. LeBron James talks retirement and motivation to keep playing 2025 March 26 LeBron James shares that his decision to continue playing in the NBA is driven by his mental motivation and passion for the game, stating that he will keep playing as long as he enjoys the process and can out-think his opponents. Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is uncertain about how much longer he will play, but one thing is clear: he intends to continue until his mind tells him otherwise. "It's all about my mind," he said during an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show. "I'm all about the process and if it gets to the point where I don't feel like showing up to the arena 5 hours in advance or I don't feel like training or I don't feel like studying the scout sheet of guys -- if it gets to that point, I know it's a wrap." James also admitted that thoughts of retirement have been creeping into his mind more frequently each year, but he emphasized a crucial aspect of his game. "I can play the game because I can out-think the guys there," LeBron said.
No doubt in my mind the NBA will ensure LeBron is part of the expansion Vegas ownership group. That would give him at least 3 more years with the Lakers after this season. It works out perfect for him if he wants to continue the grind that long. My wild guess is he would accept less money to play with Luka so the Lakers could build a better team around them.
Every Lakers game I tune into I manage to watch for 5 minutes before something happens or something is said that makes my eyes roll so hard into the back of my head that I have to go do something else.
Yeah, he doesn’t need money… he has a $1 billion dollar lifetime contract with Nike. If LeBron is smart, he should take a page from Tom Brady’s book and accept less money so he can have a strong team around him and keep competing until he’s 50.
Yeah, I turned it off with 12 seconds left, it was over. Wild finish even before that shot, 9 points in 12 seconds for the Bulls.
