I have a feeling that he is going to be a player that will be looking to leave Minny.

They are worse this year, have no real hope of getting better, teams like Houston, OKC have passed them up, and I think Ant may ask out.

That is a player that would be good to target over Booker.

Nearly every team will target Ant if he's on the block. He's been unhappy the entire season because their offense is broken, but to his credit, has avoided becoming a distraction for the most part. The fact he's signed for 4 more years after this season would make the bounty pretty high.

We'll see if Ant forces his way out and if he insists on choosing the destination. The personality fit with Udoka would be great.

A guy forcing his way to Udoka because he's upset about his current offensive system would be........wild.

Part of it is (1) he and KAT were close, (2) KAT was traded for financial reasons instead of b-ball reasons and (3) losing KAT is very clearly why their offense is worse this year. That has to tick him off. T-Wolves fans have shredded Chris Finch about the offense all season but Ant won't chop on him. All Ant has said is basically, "We've got to fix this offense". The burden he carries, particularly in 4th quarters, is crazy sometimes.
Heh heh, the offensive stats for them and the Rockets are eerily similar. The "Robin" of their team, Julius Randle, is dumb as a box of rocks and selfish too. I don't think Ant likes him much.

IMO, he won't ask out but what an offseason it would be if he and Giannis were on the block along with KD.

Ant would be my target if I were the Rockets, give them Green and 3 FRPs.....might get it done.

Wolves threw away this season with the trade, randle is obviously trash. What's the wolves offensive half court rating? There's no way it's rockets level bad, even if Finch isn't great he's still miles better than Udoka, who's a joke.

If you insist on including 2nd chance points due to offensive rebounding (which many on the forum did earlier in the season when some of us blasted the offense), I think it's pretty close.

I wouldn't include that no, the stat that matters most IMO is 1st shot half court offensive rating. In the playoffs when things slow down and everyone is trying, that's mostly what it comes down to.

I think the Wolves would get much, much more. There would be a piece that hurts to lose like Amen, Jabari or Tari in addition to Jalen and picks, imo.

Stranger things have happened. I imagine Jalen, Cam, and 2 or 3 firsts would be as good as anyone else in the league could offer.

Ant will want a big market. I see Miami as his next destination.

Can you show me where to find 1st shot half court offensive rating? Thanks.

So now that Jalen has shown he is a better option than trading for Booker, you want to look elsewhere? I see you working DaDakota

So gut the team and give away 2 or 3 #1s? Sounds like a Good Plan for Minny

I think a MUCH better Plan would be to keep who we have let them grow and use the draft picks to move up in the draft and get a star level player.

Our latest draft pick, let's face it, is looking like a bust! But Salaun and Buzelis are looking good, especially Buzelis. I know we didn't have a chance at Sarr and Risacher.

However I say the best plan is to use these draft picks and players like Reed and Cam to move up into the draft and get a young star. That way you are not taking away from your existing core.

I think Edgecombe and Ace Bailey could become stars and they are obtainable
