    He became so famous outside of boxing as a kid I knew of him as just a personality. Didn't even realize he was known for boxing until a little later.

    My simple personal experience with George Foreman. I was waiting for my wifes flight to arrive at IAH when I saw George Foreman with his entourage. I'm not the fanboy type and wasn't going to approach or bother him. At that moment we made eye contact, I nodded, he nodded back. Good enough for me to have a cool memory a couple decades later.
