Someone enlighten me on this, Miami is in eastern time zone so why is the game at 7pm central? Aren't east coast games usually 6pm?

The league pass thing is so bizarre to me. Just let me pay to watch games? NBA: "Hell no." Then the NBA: "Viewership is down 40%, we can't figure it out. Maybe give SGA more free throws?" I don't pay the Mavs or Rockets broadcast networks. I pay the NBA, directly, for the right to watch games. However, because of the deal with broadcast networks, I am not allowed to watch Mavericks games (as if). So a company I don't pay, and truly don't really live very close to owns MY viewership to a team I really don't care about. What about when the Mavericks play in Houston?! Surely, since the game is broadcast by the space city home network, I can watch it? AGAIN, HELL NO. Why? Because the rights to watch the Mavericks, a team I don't follow, play in another city that I *especially* don't live near, is owned by a different broadcast network that I don't live near and isn't broadcasting the game to a person who isn't paying them. ****.
Don't even get me started, I'm in El Salvador so I tried to get league pass specifically for this game.... I'm not even in Houston so just pay for a month right? Nope, my IP shows El Salvador so it won't let me use my cc... Everything works, Max,Netflix, Amazon.. Everything.. Just this pos service won't let me literally pay them to let me watch games... I'm pissed off again..
