Chas has looked AWEFUL. Let’s be honest, if he was truly fighting to make a major league roster regardless of his past history he wouldn’t make it.
I was checking on game tracker on CBS sports app. But they miss half og whats going on with the lag between pitches. I saw he hit a batter. Thats all I got.
FB Topped at 93, a tick below where he sat in his peak seasons. Breaking stuff looked fine. Change up worked. He looked good in context. On to the next step.

Considering the situation, I don't think they could've asked for better (other than the breaking ball that didn't break and hit the batter). As long as he woke up today feeling fine and ready for another go, this was about as successful as anyone could've hoped.
If your roster is the OD roster then my lineup is on the table occasionally at least. If it produces that could be the default.
Thats fine too. For all the angst about Altuve in left I think his defense is worse and going to get worse by the day at 2ab. LF probably is going to be his best defensive position imo.
Chas has a .410 on base percentage and has walked 10 times versus 4 Ks. He hasn't been awful. He's had great at bats.
play to your strengths, i like it. I haven't seen as dynamic a fielding of 2nd base in houston for a few years now.
The closest Dubon has been to amazing is at 2B. I just don't see the benefit of playing him elsewhere except to give Pena a day off.
When you get on base over 40 percent of the time and only strike out 4 times, I don't care you how you got on base. He could have been hit by a pitcher every time and I wouldn't care as long as it's consistent.
