First 3 episodes are out. This season they are truly hitting their stride, S1 mediocre, S2 good, S3 great (so far).
Restarted watching my favorite cyberpunk show, Altered Carbon season 1, still a great watch. (season 2 doesn't exist as far as I am concerned)
The Deal or No Deal Island had real ass life tension tonight. It was down to 6 million or $75 take home. One case left. And he took the red pill. Legend. I was sweating for that guy. Even the host was begging him to take the money. Sick Gamble. Just sick. That was good tv.
Yeah just started watching too. Surprisingly good. The dialog and cinematography can get a little cute at times, which might not appeal to everybody - it's not super serious and realistic if you're looking for Masterpiece Theater, but it is very entertaining, and has a solid cast of B & C llisters - actors you totally recognize but who's names you don't know. Lots of snappy jump cuts and, like I said earlier "cute" camera work to keep your ADD at bay. Would recomend.
Watching The Pitt. Never really cared for medical shows but this one is really entertaining and has lots of critical acclaim. Supposedly very accurate as well.
If found The Residence more whimsical than cute. Law and Order it is not. I compare it to Knives Out, but that may due to me finding James Bond will a bad southern accent (Magnolia Mouth) to be comedy Anyway, Netflix has signed the creators up for a Season 2 ... unsure if the White House can stand another murder though
Thank you for this. Enjoyed S1. Watching S2 now. I don't know how I missed such a good and highly reviewed sci fi show like this on Netflix. Was it just added?
It was an AMC original. I started right before Netflix released the second season. I believe it ends with the second season. Got the last episode to finish, really amazing sci fi show. Great story, great characters, and great voice acting.
I'm obsessed with The Pitt, too. A friend of mine who is an ER doctor said it's shockingly accurate even if they'd never see this many insane cases in one day.
