@Nook this is what facism literally looks like. What the **** is going on in America?

 

'i don't care' about court orders and laws was always going to be the next step in Trump's move to fascism. These first few months have only proved a lot of the warnings about a MAGA return to power correct. And it was always going to be the next thing the 'law and order/constitution' conservatives were now suddenly going to have to find ways to defend.

It's all horribly sad, and entirely predictable

 

The sad part is they're acting like this when they have a super majority on the supreme court. Imagine how they would act if democrats controlled the supreme court?

Sincerely speaking but what's the argument for not expanding the courts at this point? Republicans have already turned on the courts while holding all the power

 

That is the kind of garbage I was afraid of with anti-immigrant rhetoric. It's the new stop and frisk.

 

They're snatching people off the streets who are us citizens! Keeping them locked up with no access to lawyers or counsel.
