They looked like a completely different team tonight than they do against the Rockets, granted it was a second of a B2B, but still.
We could really use a Mavs win on Sunday against the 76ers and a Suns loss against the Lakers (both possible).
I mean the 6ers suck this year but that Mavs team we played last night was one of the worst teams I’ve ever seen. Not an nba team. I’ll be shocked if they win a game the rest of the season. And I’m sure they want it that way too
The Mavs actually played Memphis pretty tough for 3 quarters if I recall, so I was scared they would pose some resistance against the Rockets, too. Well, that didn't quite happen.
I think the Suns end of passing the Mavs, unfortunately. That said, good players can be found between 15-20 too......
Even if they pass the Mavs, their chances of winning two play-in games on the road to get into the playoffs are slim. They will end up in the lottery.
Mavs are tanking and rolling out a g league team. There’s no way they’ll win more games in the next 15 games than a team with KD Booker and Beal. Phoenix will make the play in we can probably stop stressing about it at this point
The Mavs may not even have enough players to even play a game and automatically forfeit. If the Suns do not take their play in spot, then they may go down as one of the biggest choke jobs of all time. https://www.nbcsports.com/nba/news/...ay-games-left-could-it-have-to-forfeit-a-game
i'm still confused why firestone traded nets lottery pick for fenix play-in pick... and then not do any trades with fenix.
I don't see it that way, of course the Suns are more talented but they have practically an open mutiny against their coach Budenholzer going on. A shet show for both teams. Again the NBA rewards you for being bad.
The good thing about tonight’s game is you can find a silver lining with either outcome. Lakeshow loses that’s great. Suns lose that’s great
The same Lakers who were handed Luka Doncic*? Yeah, I get it. * How does that dude, great as he is, stay so FAT?!
