I believe this clip is from the infamous "Bum Fights" series. Missing front teeth is a dead giveaway of a crackhead.
That's ... kinda hard to do... I saw this clip last week on fazed.com, and here's the jist of it: an african-american individual who is missing some teeth and is shabbily dressed stands at a metropolitan street corner (looks like vegas) while an unknown person runs a video camera. This individual spouts angry ebonics (sorry if this term offends people - I don't know a better way to describe it) at the camera, almost all of which sounded illegible to me. He speaks quickly and agrily and states that he owns the street corner. He then runs to a place where he has left a crowbar, picks up the crowbar, and runs to the intersection where cars are waiting at a red light. Two cars back is a PT Cruiser. The man begins to bash the car with the crowbar, breaking out windows and smashing holes in the quarter panels - all for no apparent reason other than to prove his toughness. The driver tries to escape, but is blocked in by traffic, so they are only successful in scootching forward a few feet, then back a few feet. All the while, the man continues to walk around the car, smashing it with the crowbar. Finally, traffic clears and the PT cruiser is able to escape. -- droxford
LOL. Oh man you know the person in the PT Cruiser probably not only had to pay to fix the windows and body of his car, but also to clean the **** stain in his seat...LOL!
It was probably staged, but if not, I would definitely have ran his ass down and trapped him under my car, got out and proceeded to pull out the rest of his teeth, one by one with his crowbar.
