You already answered your own question...at least in the minds of those that are against DEI.

 

I do not want to necessarily want to start anything, but in my many years of working for corporate Dining, Sodexo and Compass Group I will say something that I have observed. This is not an opinion, just my eye test for the last 30 years.

DEI is something that is prevalent throughout these companies up to and including middle and upper middle management.
Once you get to regional VP's and such, the rooms get a lot whiter. Just my observances. Although regional HR is usually a very diverse group.

 

I don't think you are starting anything - it is true that most of the highest-level executives are white males and that was the case in the past and is the case in the current. There are several reasons for that - but it is the reality.

Believing America solved its white supremacy problem doesn't make you a fascist. General public schooling, media and culture especially in rural and conservative leaning suburbs means the majority of people in these areas do believe white supremacy has ended. And it doesn't make them fascist. It' just makes them kinda ignorant and it isn't due to some moral failing on their part. It's just the upbringing they had made them believe this.

What makes you support strong fascist ideological elements is doing things like defending a presidential candidate who says "migrants poison the blood of this nation" which is abject Nazi eugenic race science bs.
