I think he was a practice squad guy who was added while there is no practice squad. But this might be where he ended up or coming off injury. The name is familiar even if the player is not.

Gonna be wild for all the teams with 50 million or more to spend than us, that's for sure. We made our big splash last year and ended up with the same season record as 2023, with that one playoff game win. How can you get all excited when you have so little to spend? Dead weight for draft picks I guess, or some leftover cheap scraps.
