This is the position that a lot of people hold - including on the left. The democrats overextended on that issue when the focus should have been on improving the lives, economic situations and work circumstances for a majority of Americans. Splinter issues like these are perfect for harming the democrats.
one thing libs and conservatives have in common is that at a base, instinctual level.. they find trans gross. it's a worst case scenario and should only be done after 18. this is something trans people should show some humility and understand if they want to harmonically co exist -- be grateful you can live your life as you wish but don't shove it down the throats of kids who are confused for 1 million reasons, not because they want to mutilate their privates.
