Harris as in Tre Harris? I think he'll go before then, but if not... Higgins > Noel > Taylor > Harris Middle two are the tough ones for me. Harris has battled injuries and seems most boom/bust, which I don't want to gamble as much at this point. I think Higgins over his teammate if nothing else but for the size, but also his production overall. Noel and Taylor is more interesting if you think Taylor really is a weapon and/or if we don't address TE in a different way (not at all or Mayer for a later pick, etc.)
Has the Texans trading up to 16 for Kelvin Banks “The Texans are officially in "win now" mode, as they trade up to grab a player who can improve protection at guard in Year 1 before eventually bouncing out to take over a tackle spot.”
Tez is more quick than fast. Real good at creating separation. Tank Dell ran a 4.5 who is a similar body type. If Tez drops in the draft he would be a good pickup.
If you get the chance, watch some tape of Rutgers OT Hollin Pierce. I really hope the Texans use a late round draft pick on him, just because watching a 6'8 340 pound offensive lineman squash little dudes is entertaining as hell.

And after his Senior Bowl and combine performances, a spot in the top 25 is certainly possible. https://www.espn.com/nfl/draft2025/...t-two-rounds-predictions-64-picks-jordan-reid 25. Houston Texans Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas The Texans' offensive line didn't protect C.J. Stroud this past season, giving up 54 sacks. Banks started 42 games at Texas, with all but three of his 2,687 offensive snaps coming at left tackle. He is a physical run blocker who plows open run lanes with ease and is heavily reliant on his traits in pass protection to maintain his positioning when mirroring rushers. Banks is in position to be the first Texas offensive lineman drafted in the first round since 2002. He would start at right tackle but could be an eventual successor to Laremy Tunsil on the left side. 58. Houston Texans Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State A devastating injury to Tank Dell and Stefon Diggs' pending free agency leaves Houston with a lot of receiver questions after Nico Collins. Higgins is a big target in the mold of Collins at 6-foot-4, 214 pounds. Pairing Collins and Higgins gives CJ Stroud two options with big catch ranges on the perimeter.
This would be an A+ start for us if it really happened. Higgins could be the best WR in the 2nd tier and perform at a similar level to Tet, Golden, or Egbuka. Banks is a known top-thought-of OL talent. Seeing him slip this far would be a surprise, but a smart move given our OL issues. The hard part would be sacrificing a R1 weapon at that point not knowing what'd be there at 58, but finding Higgins there would be a homerun at that point.
I'm starting to believe that's what's going to happen. The Titans have a ton of cap space and can outbid everyone for QB Sam Darnold. They can then trade the 1st pick for a ton of picks and really improve the roster with young top talent.
Nobody is expecting Howard to go in the first round. He would be a great developmental QB/ backup QB for a lot of teams. He's got good size, decent mobility and arm strength. I kind of expect Chip Kelly who coached Howard at Ohio of the Raiders to select him somewhere in the 2nd round. Howard already knows his offense.
Is he better than Mills? I'd love Houston to get some sort of 3S developmental QB once Keenum retires into the coaching ranks.
