If reed was allowed to figure out his defense he would be the 3rd terror sibling. Reed has a bad defensive sequence nad man want see the floor for a month. for some reason Ime loves Holiday.

 

My hope is that Reed keeps getting chances. His ceiling is like…a more athletic FVV? He also has that great IQ and insane hands, but he’s not quite as strong (probably because of his age but also his build). He does, however, have way more burst and lift than Fred ever has had and has the potential to be the same kind of steadying leader. Here’s to hoping we get to see more of Reed starting…tomorrow?

 

Holiday had good moments but dude was throwing the ball away trying to play make.

 

Cam and Reed demonstrated how well they could play. At least one of these two needs to establish themselves as a rotation player down the stretch and into the playoffs. (Cam is still so selfish it makes me SMH).

Tomorrow against the Pacers, I'm not sure Cam (40 mins) or Reed (31 mins) will have much in the tank. Don't blame Udoka if they don't play much.

Jabari must figure it out before the season ends. I'm at a loss for words at this point.

One more thing on Reed: Cason Wallace was the defender on him a lot of the time and he is very good at pressuring the ball-handler. He often makes small players miserable. Reed handled him surprisingly well. This is a VERY good sign. Also, Reed was credited with only 2 steals (the strip of SGA was awesome), but he had several other deflections where the Rockets didn't recover the ball. Reed's hands on defense are legit.

Dante: It's always great to see a UO guy I watched in college do well. Some here were very down on the guy and I had doubts because injuries have reduced his athleticism quite a bit. But he might carve out an NBA career after all.

Tate and Holiday should be glued to the bench. Stone needs to force Ime’s hand and trade them. They should not be playing over Cam and Reed.

Reed and that mid range jumper looks like a 0 calorie cp3! FVV does not have that mid range.

 

He might be a guy you have to consistently throw out there for a couple of 9+ minute stretches each game. He doesn't seem to play well when he just gets a few minutes here and there. Which kinda makes sense, he's a shooter and those guys often need to establish a rhythm.

 

Cam would legit be seen as a star if he got drafted by Miami, GSW or the Spurs lol.

It was kinda fun having a big guy with muscles in the middle. 10 points 9 rebounds 2 blocks in 18 minutes.

 

He can throw better than FVV.

I would bet he doesn’t play mainly because of defense. He doesn’t stay in front of people and often gambles for steals like he did tonight couple times on SGA

 

I do wonder if the injuries kept Stone from doing that. If Jabari and Fred weren't out and Tari could play B2Bs, Jae'Sean and Aaron would've been expendable.

 

I'm not entirely 100% sure but I think they might be assholes

 

tate is erratic too and sometimes does some of the dumbest **** on this team
