I’m gonna break character for a minute. In a sane world, the ****ing president of the United States would never take time out of his day to talk publicly/officially about MLB’s treatment of Pete Rose. In a sane world, if the president did talk about Pete Rose, it wouldn’t be something anyone would think to post about in a message board about the Houston Astros. In a sane world, if someone did make a thread about the presidents social media post about Pete rose, it would be immediately deleted because it violates the rules of the board. But here we are. If **** like this is gonna be put in my face, I’m going to call it out. And if people want to keep responding to me about it, then I’m fine to give them a taste of their own medicine for as long as it takes. Anyone thinking they can appoint themselves the moral authority in this thread is running a fools errand.
