I am starting to think McCormick could be on a very short leash as an everyday/starting OF. I don’t think can afford a slow April/May.
Both Chas and Jake are probably both on short leashes. Chas just has the shorter one as Jake is superior on defense.
https://www.cbssports.com/mlb/news/...ams-who-could-make-a-surprise-impact-in-2025/ I pretty much agree with what this writer says about Whitcomb. I wouldn’t mind giving him a crack to be the starting 2B.
LF Jose Altuve, RF Cam Smith, Zach Dezenzo CF Brice Matthews, Luis Baez, Jacob Melton Anybody but Jake Myers and Chas McCormick
Funniest spring training convo I've heard ever- TK: "Can't wait til he's out of the game. His name scares me." Sparky: "Yeah. Imagine rushing through it. (makes sure to slow down when pronouncing).Schlittler with the pitch. Oh man, the kids growing up must have had a field day." Subject: Yankee pitcher Schlittler
He's got a hell of a name for sidelineing as a country singer or a pro wrestler. Multiple 2nd career options.
Enough of Jake Myers and Chas McCormick. Mauricio Dubon I think will start hitting. He really added strength weight.
Well, I may be getting him confused with Blue Stone who won the PRCA world bull riding title in 2001 and 2002.
You may be thinking of Code Blue, a famous bull in the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) circuit who was the PBR World Champion Bull in 2009 with a 93.94 buck off percentage.
No, wasn't thinking of that at all. It was a joke. Just me, personally, I kinda despise the whole bull riding thing. And calf roping. Barrell racing is cool. Cutting horses are the best.
