My grandfather is from Manisa, my mother grew up in Izmit. I think it’s kind of funny that you took the time to track my old posts. Why would I lie about living in Virginia or my Turkish background? My grandfather is from Manisa, my grandmother from Konya, my mom grew up in Izmit. As for Sengun, I think the fans talking him up as a franchise player is a joke. Makes us look pathetic, like as Turks it’s the best we can do so we run with it. I also think it gives him a big head (like the “too small” gesture). His shooting and touch are awful; it’s either that he has zero talent in that area or didn’t put in the work in that area (my opinion) …either way that is not a franchise player.

If Luka can be traded, nobody is safe. That being said, the assets coming back better be worth it. If it’s just Booker I feel JG is already approaching current level of Booker and wouldbe redundant. If it’s KD, we'll, he is too old to fit the timeline. If it’s Luka, then yes, sign me up, that's a good trade. Basically, you only trade your 22 year old all-star center for the elite players at this point, not for a rim-running shot blocker and a couple of picks, that would be very dumb and would come back to bite us. And anyone claiming otherwise is an absolute idiot.
Why not think about trading Sengun and a couple of others to get Cooper Flagg? I'm pretty sure the center position is the easiest to fill. Our main gameplan shouldn't depend on a center, since that's not how Ime sees our team playing.
Honestly, I don't know enough about Flagg and his potential to know if that's a worthwhile trade. The highlights I've seen look good and he seems touted, but look how people were pining for Jabari and how he turned out. Even Paolo Banchero is not head and shoulders above Alpi at this point. Basically, I don't know yet but wouldn't discount either without more research.
