And the Lakers are the third best team in the West. Contenders if they're allowed to play tough defense while the other team can't play rough back.
Not that I feel sorry for them, but after a very tough grind fest last night, it's almost unfair the T-Wolves have to play OKC in a home and home back-to-back. The first half felt like 2 against 5. Ant is trying his best, but OKC has the defenders to make him work very hard and he looks worn down already. Then you have SGA, who pumped in 38 last night, on the rampage again with 20 at halftime playing with a big smile on his face. I doubt Minny has the energy to erase another big lead. This should be considered a scheduled loss for them.
OKC with a very Rockets-worthy collapse of epic proportions, blowing a 16-point lead with under 4 mins left. Ant was not a part of the comeback. Thunder kept jacking up kill-shot 3s, missed them all, and ended up killing themselves. T-Wolves missed a last second shot for the win. Edit: It was a 16-0 run to close the 4th quarter. On to OT. No Ant. I'm sure fatigue will figure in. Edit2: T-Wolves win. This will end up being the best comeback of the entire NBA season. Unreal.
Good for Cade honestly, having to carry some horrible teams and having back luck with injuries - yet still becoming a 25/10 player by year 4.
we’ll still have people on here trying to pretend that Cade is trash or that Jalen is anywhere near his level
There is a slight difference, I think some had higher expectations and it looked like he was stuck on a bad team with empty numbers. He had much better numbers than Jabari and Reed whom people on here caution to call them that. Even at his worst he can still dish out 22 and 6-8.
Meanwhile CF gets giddy over Jabari scoring 12 points, grabbing 5 boards. “Great game from Jabari!” “Shut the **** up! We never had a chance to get Chet!” blah blah blah
