We are currently spending $60M on the PG position. If we could get Fred’s number that low, it would be amazing. I bet it’s going to be more like $30-35M.

Has decent PG skills but what makes him dangerous is the combination of passing, running pnr, moving off ball and shooting big shots.

I don’t think this is wise, you will be losing a big expiring contract that could be an important trade piece. You can easily find a cheaper vet pg out there. T. Jones, Brogdon, etc. Giving Fred another massive contract proves stone has no intentions on making any big trades this summer. He’s not a good GM

We are not winning anything or have a chance with fvv as our starting pg. He's a good bandage but hes not elevating the team with his playmakin

I didn't realize how much Phoenix fans hate this dude. I mean there always has to be a scapegoat I guess. But they think he's invisible on offense and gets targeted on defense.

FVV, Brooks and possibly Brook Lopez were precisely that, a band aid.

Rafael is stuck in 2.5 mode and cannot overturn his programming to ascend to 3.0 mode.

Rockets should pursue Naz Reed + prioritize his signing over FVV.

Invisible on offense when he is averaging 7.2 ast to 1.7 to and scoring at 58% TS?

Plus he is only making 3M and people are still pissed with him? PHX doesnt deserve to have Tyus Jones lol.

    Bad decision.

Rockets are lack of a legit PG instead of Fred whose FG% is only pathetic 38.7%.

The Rockets wanted a real PG since Harden left and pushed KPJ to be one.

I am shocked at Fred's numbers this season.

14.6 pts :the worst PPG in his recent 6 seasons.
5.8 assists :still the worst in his recent 6 seasons.
38.7% FG :the worst FG since his rookie season.
34.4% 3pt : basically the worst in his career.

    Fred playing horrible this season.
This team miss a good PG instead of Fred.

Harden is still the best ISO scorer this season.

Rockets players really want Fred VanVleet back, he has too many Playoff Games Experience. Fred VanVleet is always giving advice on the sidelines during Timeouts.

Can't really replace this player. The Road Wins Home vs Cleveland, at Cleveland, at Boston. That was very impressive. Ever since Fred VanVleet went down, 6 Game Losing Streak happened, Playbook Player not on the Floor to Create Plays for Teammates, very unorganized without Fred VanVleet.

Maybe Luka Doncic in 2026 Player Option. Rockets no doubt will want this specific Player with Alperen Sengun, Jalen Green, with Wing Defenders Amen Thompson, Tari Eason.

That is nice. It is a surprise that is Cameron Thomas of the Nets. Percentagewise.

Harden and SGA score the most ISO points per game.

Stone possibly thinks Fred is the only PG in this world.

After seeing the Lakers-Hornets game, Luka is at a really low point now. I hope Lebron takes him to Venice Beach on a daily basis
