This is what I've been harping on. The clueless ilk like @Downtown Sniper can complain all they want about inconsistent shooting. Without Jalen, our offense would simply be nonexistent.
How on earth can someone say he's not the right fit, especially because of his age, relationship with players/coaches, his fit with our non-shooters? Did you see him toast all 3 of our elite defenders at age 36? Gosh we would have still been in 2nd seed and heading to the playoffs with that monster as the head of a team with impenetrable defense. Amen, Sengun and Green get to be more selective with their more open shots. Just perfect. Frankly if OKC loses in the WCF or Finals, I see him going back to OKC. I don't think he's nostalgic about Oklahoma , I think he would like the idea of: eventually it was me who won you a title anyway. If they lose earlier than us (1st/2nd round) or win it all, I think he'll want Rockets. I think we have a compelling case with player and coach bonds as well as actually wanting a bigger lead scorer (vs him becoming the 1B to Shai). I wonder if he'll be asking for max years on his extension, if so, it would be very difficult to say yes. I don't want to pay him the full max for 4 years guaranteed. Knicks a darkhorse to get him. I think they will offer Robinson, OG and a pick. It will be compelling for Ishbia as a re-tool rather than a rebuild.
I think shooting airballs from the free throw line is worst IMO doesn’t excuse Jalen from shooting airballs but it happens why not just root for all of our players
Great win. Jalen's clearly tired. Can't believe he's the only one who's never missed a game in 2 years
Who else stepped up in the clutch since Ime demanded it? They really don't understand why Ime loves Green. How is Ime not going to like the most resilient, the most healthy, most minutes, the most willing to play through pain, the first to say I'll do anything to win, the guy who improved defensively under Ime more than any other player on the roster, the guy who has never stopped developing under him? The guy who according to Ime rarely complains? He's one of the few who believed in Jalen, and everything he said Jalen would improve is always improving. So I'm not sure why you'd sit and continue to dismiss his predictions for Jalen.
Nah I think shooting wide open air balls as a shooting guard is much worse than a C missing free throws. Nice try though. Oh, I've also commented on Sengun's poor free throw shooting, so actually it wasn't a good try
his shooting has been off ever since the hand injury. hope the all-star break helps heal some of the woes. built a whole-ass suburban community last night with the bricks. suns clearly were packing the paint and going under screens though so none of the looks were forced.

You guys don't give e JG NO slack! Lol He's our only player that has appeared in all games and he's obviously playing hurt and you all are still ragging on him. Alpi misses POINT BLANK shots at the rim and he catches NO SLACK. Just him being out on the floor helps as a decoy. Rocket's fans...LOL
This is who Jalen is. Shot selection could help some but 4-15 last night shows me that he hasn't learned that lesson. When Jalen was hot this year, someone posted they thought he probably go the rest of the year at 45% and 38% 3's. I don't know why people think this. He regresses to the mean every year. It's better to accept him for who he is and what he can do rather than pining for him to become Ant. It's not going to happen.
