It's a fair contract for 27 years old player who can put up 22/5.6/5.2 numbers. Even old Fred can get 40 million. Lol
I don't see it when you factor in his lack of availability. He'd be like the 4th or maybe even 5th most valuable player on this roster. Bad-defense midrange merchant who can score on decent but not elite volume. There's a reason why his VORP is 0.2 and his BPM is -0.4 this season. He's not a bad player, but I don't like him at nearly max money.
Nah. Ingram specializes in mid range which is the worst bball shot. He doesnt really do the little things like rebound or defend. He is also injury prone. His TS% 56 lol he is 1% better than Jalen Green who the hell wants to pay Jalen a max contract? Some posters here think 33M is overpay for Jalen but you wanna pay Ingram 40M?
I do not know, seems Ingram is a souped up version of the Rockets youngsters, up and down.....you are right but he is not significantly better because the Rockets are better on Defense.
Booker just came down hard on a layup attempt against Memphis, hobbles his way to the locker room for the end of the 1st. dude definitely ain't 100% Edit: And he isn't out there to start the 2nd
@Salvy can you check with the young Tillman and see how far it will set back the new training facility if I spend $50 on two ounces of bourbon? Maybe we can make it up with some more child labor.
I'm about as far from being a Jalen Only Fan as you can be without being a hater but I don't think I'd trade him for Ingram straight up at this point. If Ingram is better offensively, it isn't by much, and at least Jalen actually plays in most of our games--and has played much better defense this season.
Why yes it is my good Comrade, yes it is. Many cheers to all us Rocket brethren who traverse the jagged edges of Northern California and brave the Napa Valley to watch the Rockets!
I am pretty sure majority if smart people will prefer Jalen at 33 over Ingram at 50M. Pelicans traded him for a reason.
