Good thing that luka trade happened and topped this trade, bc this was one of the stupidest trade in my opinion. BoB ego cost us a talented wr for nothing and we didn't even get a good return value

    Ownership made BOB trade Hopkins.

Perhaps Luka also enjoys frequenting massage parlors in Dallas similar to Deshaun and Tucker. If true then the trade makes sense for Dallas.

What? I have never heard that reported by anyone. To the contrary, the story seems to be BoB was a control freak and Easterby a shyster - both of whom who prized obedience and “culture” over everything. Hopkins didn’t cowtow the way they wanted, so he threw a tantrum and traded him

Given all of the immature tantrums we saw publicly from BoB (“9-7 Brian,” “you suck too”, etc) and the ludicrous “culture” crap we saw from Jack, it makes a lot more sense than the McNair’s suddenly dictating football moves.

Management wanted to separate Watson and Hopkins for off field reasons. You can choose to believe this or not.

Unless by management you mean Easterby and BoB (vs ownership which means the McNairs), I choose not to, because it hasn't come up anywhere. Meanwhile the culture comments by BoB and Easterby came up from every reporter and out of their own mouths.

I do. He normally spits in his gloves when he makes a drop.

You just don’t remember them because he makes so many great plays.

What's weird about that drop is that it was because he tripped, and not because his hands suck. Dude just caught the turf wrong and it threw off everything.

Not that it would have changed anything, but it was the real last gas for a comeback the Chiefs had. Unfortunate timing.

If Hopkins wants to come back on a 1 year prove it deal I'd be willing to listen.
