If they showed Galactus, why didn't they show the Silver Surfer?

so basically the four fantastics will not join forces with the existing mcu storylines. in that case they should do the same with xman and no combine them with the avengers. so 3 separate universes, avengers, xman, and four fantastics. i am excite.

Im assuming a lot of the CGI is still being worked on and Silver Surfer as well as Reid Richards’ stretchy arms are probably giving them the most fits.

I’m assuming they were good showing the Thing because the cgi model is probably similar to what the did with Smart Hulk in Endgame. Similar movements etc.

Also I think Silver Surfer probably won’t be a prominent character anyways and they didn’t want the chatter do be about mouth breather edgelords on the internet getting all worked up about a space god having a non jacked dude physique even though I’m pretty sure the original Silver Surfer has no penis or at least is doing the Buffalo Bill.

Either way it’s probably best to focus on what looks good now and what will get the most people hyped while avoiding distractions and spoilers.

 

Saving it for the Super Bowl promo?

 

I don't follow this stuff all that much, but isn't Silver Surfer going to be a woman/Shalla Bal in the movie? Maybe they're trying not to re-kindle the hatred for a female Silver Surfer until it's released. lol.

In the "real" storyline from the comics, Norrin Rad was Silver Surfer and his girlfriend was Shalla Bal. I don't know what happened if this is one of those MCU weird storylines - I don't follow those.

 

Easy pass if Johnny Storm doesn't perform Flame On (as made famous by Brian Austin Green).

 

As if this couldn't get any more confusing. "Well, in this universe, we'll have the girlfriend be him and maybe have him be the girlfriend and they'll have a pet donkey they ride across space on instead of a surfboard! We can explain it away as 'they're in another universe'".
