Tre Jones or Malcolm Brogdon would both help us. I'm not sure either will be bought out though.

We need a serviceable point guard. What about Reggie Jackson or P. Bev?

Stone won't work any longer this season.

He's still on the roster, but he's been sitting out the entire season due to personal reasons.

Zeller is an awful player. Watch his recent highlights….would rather play small ball with Tate and I absolutely detest small ball. We are where we are because Stone sucks and didn’t get us one serviceable player at the deadline even though our guys deserved some help after busting their tails the first half of the season.

But we got that second round pick...right? Right?

Please tell me we got that second round pick! The Suns will never fork over Devin Booker if we don't throw in that second round pick!

    @Imanimal

FIFY. Whew. That was a close one.

It's even worse. It looks like he has two additional guaranteed years on his contract. You should never step in dogshit on purpose. Rafael Stone needs to clean off our shoes.

The next two seasons are non-guaranteed actually, effectively team options

Ok. Good. At least the dogshit is temporary as long as it doesn't get on the carpet.

he’s some common sense info. No player worth recruiting in the buyout market would come to a fringe playoff team unless they would be assured of said team signing them after the season.

We are not that kind of team.

Another name that would solve a problem for the Rockets- Seth Curry.

We need shooting. That's a guy shooting 47 percent from 3. He is small and doesn't do anything else well but he is a better player than Cody Zeller. I would much rather Tre Jones or Malcolm Brogdon but if neither of those come available, Seth Curry would make some sense as the 15th guy on the roster.

We are bringing back Daniel Theis

Because we need more Centers that don't shoot 3's much.

    ________

Just kidding, I wish I had ties to insiders; but I don't.

BimaThug recently reported a Udoka quote that stated that the Rockets were not
seriously considering adding depth at the trade deadline.

I would have picked up Bones Hyland and told Holiday and Sheppard to sit this
playoffs out.....until further notice. Udoka would reel in Hylands wild side and
then fit in seamlessly with what he presents.

Rockets were bad from 3 before Jabari and VanVleet injuries. Bring back
Jabari, VanVleet and Bones Hyland and the court gets spread out and
    creates spacing.

The speed of Amen, Jalen Green and Hyland would be tremendous.
Udoka would insist Hyland not dribble more than 4 dribbles
before the drive. Hyland dribbles the air out of the ball at times.

Doesn't look like Pels will waive Olynyk or Bruce Brown.

Unless there's someone on the buyout market who the Rockets really like to supplant our 12th, 13th or 14th man, I'm good with holding onto Cody Zeller into this summer.

Zeller has a $3.75M totally non-guaranteed contract for next season. He can be aggregated in trades this summer and could end up being needed to complete a big trade without having to trade another core/important piece. He could also be used on his own to take on more salary. No need to lose that asset (relatively speaking) just to have a better player glued to the end of the bench.

Next to Bones, Markelle Fultz is on the market but hasn't played for half a season.

    Former numero uno pick.
