Definitely not obscure since it won an Academy for short films back in 2006, but for those of you who haven't seen it and like dark humor and Martin McDonagh films I recommend this 26 minutes of your time.
Without a doubt, Altered Carbon on Netflix, based on the books written by Richard K. Morgan. They made two seasons but stopped due to the production getting too expensive, likely not being able to afford the special effects, and Anthony Mackie anymore due to becoming a Marvel star. But I would straight up pay Netflix additional funds to create a new season and complete the books. The trailer doesn't do it justice, watch the first few episodes.
