They had a secret tool decreasing friction of the floor when we go for a fast break. Our guys run so fast and lose balance.

Such pro players cannot fail this many fastbreaks otherwise.

 

Bench no showed. I blame Nate Silver.

 

Tari has been blowing layups for 3 seasons now. Jalen Green makes boneheaded mistakes all the time. Amen is good on fast breaks.

I get what you are saying. Im just sick of defending these players. Im sick of watching up and down bullsh*t from our supposed star players.

 

He gets plenty of breaks when Udoka benches his ass for playing like a fool.

 

Tari can go on any deal. He’s good but just a bench player for life.

 

False. Fox made it clear he was ONLY going to play for the Spurs.

 

Pretty sure he hasnt been benched at all this season lol

 

I was hoping he could develop into a Kwahi like player because of his defensive stats. Im ok with him developing for another 2-3 seasons and hopefully he can convert three pointers at a 35%+ clip. Right now he is afraid to shoot too many threes because he isn't confident = severely limiting his offense.

 

Did you watch the early parts of this season? The first 15 games? Sengun and Green both sat on the bench for extended periods of time. Lots of people on this forum complaining.

 

He would have done better than both Sheppard and Holiday.

False. If we had his Bird rights, he would leave $77 million on the table to play for the Spurs - that wouldn't have happened.

 

And it wasn't just the 14 points off the bench. It was that they went 4 out of 28. How is that even a real stat. It has to be a glitch. Nope.

 

Last year they got benched. Not finishing games in favor of the bench is being benched. Besides random defense/offense sub packages.

Being rested longer than your normal rest isnt being benched.

Think your mixing those up because your upset.

 

Cannot win 3 vs 5+

JG and Alpi you can pencil in and even Amen

after that it’s such a huge falloff without Bari and FVV

Nate Williams and Jeff Green have roster spots why?

Tate? Landale? Adams is only good in spurts

Tari and Cam are twin black holes

Holiday and Reed are laughable backup PGs

Brooks is transitioning into being a bench player before our eyes

 

We’re not done but this stretch is absolutely demoralizing and disappointing.

 

Well I guess I’m glad I thought this game was on a lot later.

 

I get where you're coming from and would love ANT on this team -- Jalen green is pretty much the off brand version of him -- but he's not available. Until the next guy shakes loose we have to make the most out of what we have. I have seen flashes of Jalen closing out games (though, admittedly not this season). He was great in the clutch last March and even in the Silas era I distinctly remember him closing out the Lakers multiple times. I'm not ready to write him off just yet.

 

None of that matters because he wanted to play with Wemby and the Spurs and not the Rockets.

You do realize that the Spurs ALSO now have his bird rights, correct? It wasn't a money thing, he wanted to play with Wemby.
