16 points in the 4th qtr. Defense stunk again. WQe have trouble.

What I said was that the team played better with him out there because that's what happened.

When he wasn't out there, the team collapsed.

 

pretty sad. But what i see is:
-indecision off 3s from guys like Cam, Reed
-bad TO’s (Reed, Cam)
-missing open players. They missed open threes, baseline cuts, and couple cuts from perimeter opting for more difficult passes and shots

just baffling

 

I blame @WestendMassive for talking us up to his significant other for this piano man playing a melancholy tune as the Rockets lose their fifth straight.

I appreciate @WestendMassive being a man about it to help right the Rockets ship.

 

it's never different. It has never been different.

 

jock and Sengun are both awful against teams with small and quick guards, too easy to get underneath. Easy layups and kick outs that makes the defense scramble.

Segun is just too stiff and flat footed to turn or backpeddle and doesn’t have the length to make up for it. Jabari is sorely needed

 

I’ve never seen Jalen as a “I’m taking every shot even if I’m 4-20 player and the next one is going in for sure” type player. He just isn’t that sort of personality, which is fine. He has confidence but he’s not unconsciously confident, and sometimes that hurts his game. Will it limit his ceiling? I dunno, I think if he keeps working on his handle and his shot he’ll be great regardless, but in terms of mentality he seems more like a Drexler than a Jordan. NOT SAYING HE’S ANYWHERE AS GOOD!!

 

So true. Have to keep running Reed out there, hope the switch will flip. Amen is not the answer.

 

Alpren started to cook Gobert and just didn't really see the ball much after that spin dunk. FVV would have been looking for him a lot more.

The problem has really been the defense. Amen, Tari, and Brooks have just not been sharp on that end consistently.

so much stupidity coming from a dude trying to defend a scrub who only scored 3 points the entire game.
We were outscored 16-35 in the 4th what is reed gonna do, fking airball us out of the game?

By playing other teams scrubs. +/- is the most useless stat there is.

 

The schedule has been absolutely brutal, but that's not gonna get better anytime soon. They have to play at 2 PM on Saturday and then turn around and play a 1 PM game on Sunday. Then they finally get 2 days off, but that's followed by another B2B before the All-Star Break.

Then even out of the break, they immediately have another B2B followed by 2 days of rest and then......you guessed it. Another B2B.

 

LOL, well, keep watching basketball and maybe one of these days you'll figure out how things work.
