Also, teams are figuring out how to guard Amen. He’s still very effective but it’s clear that it’s going to be hard for him to have another offensive explosion against good defenses if they’re keyed in on him. It’s up to Jalen and Alpi to become bigger scoring threats and louder scoring threads so Amen can do what he does best—feast on the opponents while their attention is elsewhere

If that was Green, you'd be crying your eyes out that he only played 17 minutes.

If Green had a positive +/- tonight, the Rockets win. Same with Amen, Sengun, and Brooks.

Those 4 let the team down in the 4th.

I’m glad we have gotten to the source. You have shown true leadership. Now we can move forward.

Having Fred and Jabari will help.

But Jalen and Alpi are supposed to be showing signs at this point of being able to take over games like this at the end and get victories...Especially with both of them out there. Looking at the bigger picture, something is going to have to shake with them.

Jalen is too unselfish - that’s the switch he needs and I don’t think he has it (he needs a bit of Cam in him) F it I’m taking the next 5 shots

Also had the best +/- on the team at +5 ;)

Stone wants to see what this young core can do and without fvv they been showing him. And yet he did nothing. Fvv franchise cornerstone wasn't in my 2025 bingo card. 4 years tank, multiple top picks and fvv is your most impactful player lol.

This team can't shoot. Need Fred to come back, Jabari to come back, Reed to come around, and Amen to return to the dunker spot where he belongs.

We win against the top teams, so the strategy is going down in standings to face those top teams in the playoffs

because ant knows he's a franchise player. he gets to do whatever he wants and the ball will always be in his hands.

before he came along, it was towns' team and twolves traded towns away so that cement ant's status of being a franchise player.

with green, he knows he's not a franchise player. any mistakes/errors will cause a walk to the bench. jacking up shots ain't gon help his case.

    such stupid reasoning.

U throw reed in the fourth quarter with his type of performance, we would have got blown out. There's a reason why ime didn't give him mins in the fourth.

    It's b/c he fking sucks.

Your oversimplification of the game is hilarious. Reed had a positive +/- so that means he played good lmao.

Did the Rockets start reading their own press then got full of themselves?

    This seems more injury/fatigue.

Since New Years, only one time with 2 days off, and already three b2b’s.

Two starters have DNP’d prob 80% of the games.

The last home stand was a 1-gamer, then they flew to NYC after being in Boston the previous week.

    Terrible scheduling and injuries

Of course, it depends on what people find most important, individual numbers, or team numbers.

If the team does better with a player out there, does it really matter what their individual numbers look like?

If the team completely collapses with a player out there, does it matter that they scored a lot of points inefficiently?

Shooting definitely needs to be addressed in the offseason and obviously we need a 1A.

Again, I know you struggle to realize this, but it doesn't matter what an individual player's numbers look like if the team does better with them on the court.
