Answer me this. Why not call a timeout immediately in that situation so the ball can be advanced? What are you saving the timeout for? Goes back to Isiah Thomas and the Pistons losing that playoff game in Boston Garden years ago.

 

Man I feel like @WestendMassive had a meeting and come back to a loss

 

It’s a long season. Even the 94 and 95 seasons had some real low points. Hope they’ll take it in stride and learn from it.

 

He shouldn't have been in that position to begin with.

Ime should have had other guys out there to bring the ball in who are better with the ball AND he should have called a time out instead of trying to get the ball back in bounds with his "defensive team" on the court.

Instead of having the right players on the court and having the ball at half court, he let Amen blow the game.

 

They’ll slip to play in. The Book is out on this team (only took to all star break)

 

Don’t mind the Rockets slipping a bit. Can’t have the young guys feeling themselves too much, when they’ve proven very little. I hope they take these losses hard, and I hope they will improve from this. There are lots of mistakes to learn from and we have a lot of time to grow. The fact that we’re so pissed means that we have expectations now…I can only hope our team is far more upset than we are!

 

Lakes get Luka
Spurs get Fox
Rockets get 4 loss streak

 

Anyone just indifferent about this team now? After Stone pretty much told the entire world that no changes will be made, you realize he’s just punting the season. “Giving this core a chance” are we a make a wish organization? Why not be proactive and get ahead of the inevitable while taking advantage of their value?

 

Amen threw away 2 games with terrible turnovers. Almost takes away all the good from that game-winner. Attention got to his head?

 

Yeah Amen messed up. He panicked and should have called a timeout.

 

Udoka is such an overrated coach. I’ve seen worse coaches but he’s stubborn asl

 

I didn't watch the entire game so I'll take your word for it.
But box score wise, he still playing like ****.

 

Hard to watch the replay but why didn't Brooks stretch to try and grab the pass?

 

He looked pretty crushed afterwards tonight. I don’t think he’s an egomaniac. He knows he ****ed up.

 

Spurs got Fox for a bunch of fake picks and we’re going to re up Fred cause there’s no PG on the market.

 

Younger teams match up better to the Rockets because they can simply run with us and we don't have a great half court player so that we can break zones and stuff.

This is why the Rockets look decent against the Nets, Blazers, Nets, but will run other more experienced teams right off the court.

 

It’s been really bad.
