Haven't seen Murphy this disgusted since , "harden quit. He quit." "The worst part is Alpi came back from his injury. 24 points. 20 rebounds. Made 4 big free throws."
As a result of Ime pulling the guys who got him that lead and putting in his "defensive team" who didn't make a single stop.
I don’t get why Holiday is our backup PG when I’m sure there are a lot of little guards that can actually run the point and score open threes. He missed a bunch of open ones in our first loss to the Nets, has done basically nothing in the last two days, and I would posit that even DJ Augustine is a better true point guard than him. It’s time to pick someone up…
I meant it's ok to vent your frustration, but please keep in mind that we are still 3rd in the west with a 32-17 record.
Young players making stupid mistakes. In a way the quick Jalen 3 was the worst, because he’s been in the league long enough to know better.
I was laughing at DLo turning the ball over only for Rox to do an even worse job. Why are Amen and DB doing the inbound when it should Sengun and JG?
I agree with this, we can say Ime didn’t call a timeout, but Amen could easily see the referee and the hard count, and probably could’ve thrown it down the court too—if it’s a turnover at least it’s a far one lol
Felt the same energy with this game that I felt with the game the other night so I put this game on in the background. This team has upside but obviously isn't a finished product. Fatigue, injuries, etc. may be contributing to the poor execution, losing plays, etc. lately.
That was probably the most embarrassing loss I have ever seen. They had the game locked. They just gave it away. Nuts. Silver lining: Reed looked great tonight. If these minutes give him the confidence to turn the corner, the losses will be worth it.
