If “Judea and Samaria” is its sovereign territory which the US should recognize as such, then it’s not the case at present that all residents of its sovereign territory are given equal rights. The question was should they be given those rights if the US does eventually recognize it as such.

I don't have much sympathy for their removal after Oct 7. Whether they directly fought a war or hid behind and silently supported Hamas's actions, they lost. They could've agreed to any percentage of land over the past decades, but wanted everything. They get nothing. They let Iran use them like organic drones fooled by promises of revenge and Divine Wrath and should get nothing.
