I don’t want to give the Suns their picks back. I’d rather trade them to an eastern conference team or squeeze them for Booker. I don’t think we are ready to contend this year so I’d rather be patient. Maybe add a Brogdon type but ride this thing out this year.
We saw him in the Gleague in person and one of my son's who is a D1 Soccer player and captain of his team said he would NEVER want Cam on any team that his body language and negative attitude when others had the ball or made a mistake was team crushing. I think he needs a good BOOT in the ass coach - and if Ime isn't going to do that, and basically break him, then fine, move him on. He has issues - all of them maturity related but his talent is the kind that blows up in a good way, or a bad way, sorta like KPJ......honestly. So, it is up to CAM.....and if the org wants to let him go because he doesn't fit or is a distraction, well, then he goes. DD
If FVV is going to miss significant time (only the Rockets know) they’ll go for better than Brogdon who is not shooting the three well this year.

I think we can do it with Brooks, fillers and picks. At worst one of Cam or Reed but I would fight them for those guys, those are essentially top 10 picks. I think Phoenix would prefer picks anyway, it's a more easily tradable currency. What can contenders offer for him? Other than OKC who I doubt would do it, who's going to deplete their small draft stash for Durant? Those teams need someone long term for what they're giving up - we can outbid them I think. For us it's actually perfect that Durant has 2.5 years remaining. I would want him gone by then anyway for Jabari to start. Just imagine the space for Amen, Green and Sengun man. FVV and Durant are the exact 2 adults we need on the floor with those 3.

I go back and forth, I do think Cam will be far and away the better player, he just needs time - I think Jalen plays scared - and he makes the game harder on himself even Barkley said it. I just wish Ime would stop trying to force Jalen to be the go to guy, he isn't it. DD
What did it for me was the last game against Brooklyn. I cant remember who hit the floor (might've been Holiday or Tate) but Cam was wanting the ball and the other player went for a layup. Missed, knocked it out of bounds and turn fell to the ground in the process. Cam didnt even try to help his teammate up. His body language and the way he carries himself is just off. I dont mind guys who are a little off, but I just feel like is a shadow that follows him around and he doesnt pass the vibe check. As much as I like his game, id be fine with moving him in a package for a roster upgrade.
