I saw some speculation that the Lakers may look to move Austin Reaves? That would be interesting

    1. FVV is substantially underrated (even accounting his terrible games), on and off the court.
    2. FVV’s contract situation is substantially overlooked. His next contract will be a value contract if done right.
    3. Fox is going to get 5/$296m contract. Overwhelming financial ramifications to this team if trading for him. Is he worth that much? Not on this team.
    4. Big big big question in chemistry given how we are clicking up to two games before.
We should be racing with ourselves.

Yeah I like Fox but if FVV is willing to cut his salary in half I rather have FVV.

I love this trade for all 3 teams. Seems like everyone got what they wanted for very little cost.

    1. Bulls wanted to trade away Lavine since forever. Now they got their wish and also their pick back. Last year, they would have to add a pick to get rid of him. Their pick back allows them to tank in the 2025 class, Nets had to pay us 2 picks and 2 swaps for that privilege lol.

    2. Kings are rolling and making noise, they only started losing cuz of Fox drama. Lavine is just as good or even better than Fox currently. Dude has been BEASTING. And they got 3 frps and 3 2nds in the deal. Maybe some of those end up as duds but hey picks are picks.

    3. Spurs got Wemby his costar and didnt even lose a player. No need to trade castle or vassell or johnson. They have their 1-2 punch for the next decade.

West just got a lot tougher with Lakers, Mavs, Spurs and Kings. Hopefully Suns feel the heat and start losing games.

Kings got more value for Fox than the Mavericks did for Doncic.

But star players are defined by how they play in the playoffs. We won’t know if we have a star player until we see a few playoff games.

Also, I’m good keeping the powder dry for Ant this summer.

Luka is so much better than Fox, Fox isnt even an all star this year. Yeah AD is really good, but consider Kings got 3 2nds and 3 1sts on top of Lavine and Mavs couldnt even get the 2 picks Lakers had lol.

The ridiculous thing is Spurs did not trade any young talents to get Fox who can average 27/5/7 in playoffs.

They even dumped trash Collins who signed big contract.
