So Trump takes even larger measures and stops all Aid, freezes all money leaving the country and then they screech. "Extraordinary measures" is used by the treasury secretary every year for the past 2 decades. Again youre just showing yourself how completely r****ded and illiterate you are. The treasury doesn't raise the debt ceiling. Congress does that. Its just the dumbest people anywhere in the world
