Ime is lowkey acting like Thibodeau lately

I think he feels there's too big of a dropoff from FVV to Holiday/Reed and too big of a dropoff from Amen to (any bench player)

These guys are absolutely trashed right now, we now have three starters injured. We need to trade for a backup point guard and a backup frontcourt player.

The team's focus must be to get everyone healthy and ready for the playoffs.

And the Miami game on March 21 of course;)

Likely fatigue due to the schedule, but we also saw the nets play a zone and pack the paint. We may see this stuff in the playoffs from better teams, so they need to figure something out here or make a move to get someone who an shoot the ball. The Nets seemingly figured out the Rockets this game and game planned for it. Maybe it doesnt work if you have Sengun + Jabari and FVV second half, but it definitely looked like they strategically beat the Rocket this game.

Yeah. Amen only played 40+ min once in his rookie season and once this season before the 2-game suspension.

    Since coming back from suspension?

EIGHT times (out of a possible 13 games)

Can't blame Udoka too much though; Amen carries the defense on most nights, and when everyones healthy, his passing, cutting, rebounding tie the offense together especially in transition.

They were completely gassed. The terror twins were getting beat off the dribble by Nets nobodies.

But the loss was because they just couldn't score. Part of that was because of no Sengun but they showed they can play without him, especially against bad teams, last year. But, not having Jabari on top of that left them with no reliable scoring big. The small lineup was so small it was just a layup drill. The normal bench crew (Landale/Holiday) also threw up a stinker which made it tough.

Without Sengun, this team is limited.
His impact is perceived in his absence.
You lose %50 of your passing, creativity, alternatiive post play power and your anchor when he is out.
I hope he comes back early, if his absence takes long, then this means we are in trouble..
I hope some fans understand why he is allstar... but Jalen not.. because we need winning basketball plays, not empty stats...

Bruh Jalen is the only one who scored 20+ pts, nobody else came close.

Sengun never has that problem cuz Jalen is always available to play unlike him.

Oh yeah. Top defense, top rebounding team. Effort being critical to our success. A lot of poor shooters so a lot of tough shots. Udoka plays high minutes, pushes players to play through Injuries.

They should be more tired than any other team in the league other than Orlando and OKC maybe. There's 7 more games to the all star break and the next 2 are a back to back. It's going to be tough if Udoka doesn't expand the rotation and try to give these guys a chance of playing hard in reduced minutes over the coming couple of weeks.

Fatigue and not having Sengun is obviously tough, but the bigger problem would be if FVV is out for an extended period.

He's really the only true PG that this team has, and the offense just doesn't work well without him.

Because Jalen is an empty stat guy looking for his nkmbers, while Sengun fighting inside and gets hits..

    Before commenting, learn basketball.
Jalen’s 29 points coming from 24 shots does not make him good.
It is really still pathetic for you fans comparing Şengün and Jalen.
Alpi will be out l believe 2 matches, lets see how many matches will Jalen make us win?
Jalen is inconsistent.. poor man's scorer..

Jalen being able to play the last 2 games is better than Sengun being MIA. 29 pts is infinitely better than being out and contributing zero. You really trying to argue 29 pts is bad when Sengun is out and didn't even play? The one who is pathetic is clearly you.

Jalen is inconsistent? Maybe you should check out their stats cuz last I checked Jalen has a higher TS than Sengun!

When Sengun plays he always has Jalen by his side to help him out. Sengun loves Jalen very much when Jalen has a big game Sengun is the first guy to hug him and the feeling is mutual. Only dumbasses like you try to drive a wedge between these two. If Sengun saw you talking trash about his teammate I'm sure he'd tell you to STFU.

Nah we need Sengun more than FVV. If Jalen and Sengun are both available they can work something out.

Sengun does everything on this team offense, defense, playmaking and rebounding. Jalen serves as the primary perimeter threat and both of them are really good reacting to double teams. If we had Jabari back to provide spacing I think the Rox can handle FVV being out due to injury.

Landale needs to let it fly, he has very little value in the NBA if that 3PT shot doesn't develop. He should realize that. He's 4 of 8 this season. If he can hit 33% on decent attempts that can help him and us a lot right now.
