I bet you we will realize the Mavs were not wrong to trade Luka. Give it a few months once the Lakers get bounced early from the playoffs and then season when LeBron and Doncic can't stand one another.
Yeah, Lakers moved up like 8 spots in the lottery and (in the same draft) New Orleans was rewarded the first pick (Zion draft, allowing them to trade AD)
Luka makes the Lakers relevant for the next decade. Mavs are wrong its better to trade the rest of the team than trade Luka. Luka is both young AND good. Dude is 25 and carried Mavs to the Finals.
They gave Mavs an F and Lakers an A. How is that them twisting it to be equal? More like checking for any usable items left after you burned your house to the ground.
Interesting hypothesis. Trump issues Executive Order to deport all Slovenians, so that he can replace Melania with a younger model. Luka is collateral damage. Nothing would surprise me anymore...
Fine for them to trade Luka, but to do it for this is insane. It's even fine that they wanted AD for Luka specifically, in that case, BRING in other suitors and squeeze as much as you can out of the Lakers. At the very least see what other teams are going to offer.
How are the Lakers always able to pull blockbuster trades like this? I cannot believe Mavs did this. Something we do not know about Luka's injury?
Yeah, but I'm not talking about the ESPN site, I know that poster is, but I'm talking about how ESPN the network is reporting it, Stephen A, Perkins, etc etc Those guys are talking as if the trade is about equal and the only thing is that Dallas got older. I mean Dallas is going to be a good team this year still, that team is going to be an issue IF (and a big if) AD is healthy, the problem is they completely traded their future away.
This was far more shocking than the other two lol... Everyone knew Lebron was going to Miami as early as 2008 Olympics Durant to GSW was theorized in January 2016..
