It's not that no team would trade for him - of course they would, but what would they give up. Meaning, do they have an AD-level talent to give up even in the short term. Then the 2nd question would be, if they have that talent, do they possibly screw up what they have going short-term? Would the Celtics take that risk and trade a Tatum? Cleveland probably may. Would Denver trade Jokic? Would OKC make the trade? They probably could with all their picks. It's like the people saying they only got 1 pick. Mavs are the ones who approached the Lakers. Even the Mavs insiders said Mavs were the ones who proposed AD for Luka.
