I didn't say we are losing because Amen has a bad game. I said that so far, Sengun is still our best player, and that this half showed some of what we are missing when he is out. No idea wtf that has to do with "true colors". Just a really weird thing to say.

At the game - the Rockets tonight (except Adams) are the most lethargic I’ve ever seen them. I think the last 2 games are a reminder of the sheer gravity Alpi has generated on the floor this entire year. The double and triple teams that are causing him to miss bunnies more frequently are also the reason the mediocre shooters in our starting lineup get wide open shots. It’s why reading Clutchfans posters trash him for less productive games is equally stupid and maddening. He’s clearly our best player and he raises the level of play of every single teammate. On the plus side tonight, the a capella group (couldn’t discern their name through the crowd noise) that performed the national anthem was phenomenal - maybe the best male-sung rendition I’ve ever heard. And the half-time entertainment was the Bayou City Brass Band - a welcome alternative to the usual elementary aged dance routines.
