I wouldn't consider it fake news but I believe that it really is being discussed between us and the kings. It doesn't mean it will happen but we will see by the deadline

That's basically one of the mock trades Sam Vecenie proposed a few days ago. He said he doubts it happens, but gave reasons why it could happen, as well as reasons why it may not be a good deal for the Rockets to go after Fox. His proposals from here :

Proposal No. 1:

• Rockets acquire Fox and Kevin Huerter
• Kings acquire Fred VanVleet, Reed Sheppard, a 2025 first-round pick and a 2026 first-round pick

Proposal No. 2:

• Rockets acquire Fox, Alex Len and Jordan McLaughlin
• Kings acquire Steven Adams, Jeff Green, Aaron Holiday, Cam Whitmore, three first-round picks

 

I used to follow NBASupes over in the Hawks forum. I really haven’t seen him get anything right. Ever. In my opinion, he just throws a bunch of **** at the wall in hopes that something sticks. @cyberx has a better chance of making a comeback on Clutchfans than NBASupes has at getting a blockbuster Rockets trade correct.

I thought that dude was legit. Or am I getting him confused with someone else. How long has he been gone?
