This is why DEI is needed:

A Stanford Center study sent out 1,000 duplicate resumes.

Half of the applicants had "white" sounding names.
The other half of the applicants had "black" sounding names.

Half of each pool included a felony on their record.

    The results:
White with no record had a 34% callback
Black with no record had a 14% callback.

White applicants WITH A FELONY had a 17% callback.
Black applicants with a felony had a 5% callback.

So White named applicants with a felony were more likely to receive a callback than a Black applicant without a felony.

The ethnic name bias echoes the results several other studies done in 2004 and 2021.

I don't really see a problem with B&J - being socially progressive and activists is and long have been part of their business model. People pay more for their ice cream because of the perceived quality and activism.

What they are doing is smart business.

There will be businesses that make the decision to abandon all activism - but there will be others that decide to continue be activist in nature because that is their business model or the prerogative of the founder.

People get into relationships for a lot of different reasons.

Leavitt is an incredibly conservative person and always has been.

She is very religious - and is involved with the conservative wing of the Catholic Church... which is about as conservative as can exist.

She supposedly had a hard time in college forming friendships and relationships because she was not like other people her same age - she had the interests of Boomers.

She is married to a wealthy 60-year-old man that is status driven and conservative --- which is likely exactly what she wants.

The age gap is massive, and the reality is that her husband will be an old man and possibly even dead by the time she is 40 years old, but it is her choice and I doubt she was groomed.

She is a dye in the wool true believer of this conservative populism non-sense - so she may be the exception when it comes to relationships with that large an age gap. It certainly isn't ideal and becomes an issue with age -- but whatever.

I am more concerned that she is like 25 and already broke campaign finance laws and opened her first press conference making nonsense claims about condoms in Gaza.

Divorced dad aura is just sad.... hanging out at Chuckie Cheese with a child on the weekend that wants nothing to do with them.... until they find a younger woman to marry them and they forget about their first kids.

I guess divorced dad can get laid at least - but it is usually like a train going off the rails over a bridge.

America has done **** like this countless times --- which is why it is amazing that the USA is as successful as it has been.

People like Musk and others won't say it - but they know a large target of this is white women. They are tired of having to deal with women in the work environment that are not immediately submissive. They cannot say they are going after white women because they would lose the support they get targeting other minorities.... but the outcome will be the one they want........ at least for awhile.

It's still hypocritical to dismiss her as a gold digger esp when the (New) New Left is all about not shaming personal choice and identity.

Not sure why he went there other than to have an outlet to act like a disgusting pig.

I agree it is hypocritical to label her as a gold digger - I didn't know that he did that.

I don't like the term "gold digger" anyway - people are attracted to mates/partners for a lot of different reasons.

From everything I have read about this woman - she is very ambitious, so I am not surprised that she is with someone that has money and stability, as it is probably something that she values in a relationship.

I don't think a woman being attracted to men with money means they are a gold digger .... I think it is smart.

Yeah that is my thought too.

Of all the millions of things for the President of the USA to worry about - whether someone chooses to put pronouns by their qualifications is WAY down the list.

    It is clearly pandering.

    Being real with you...

You need to learn what the left actually believes.

The left cares about protecting people who are demonized for existing. Migrants, trans people, minorities etc. People who didn't chose their lot in life being demonized for merely existing on this planet. That's what we get "triggered" over as they say.

The left has never protected the creepy lot of old men who can't form friendships with women of their age group and just see women as a p***y pockets which was when they get old they only see women half their age as viable partners.

Not really. I don’t care for the unnecessary pronouns and I prefer not to get shamed by mistakenly using the wrong one. The whole thing is silly, especially in the workplace.

If it’s so far down the list then why are you against it? Shouldn't even matter.

I think it does matter. I think we should get rid of silly things like that. I wasn’t gonna lose sleep over it though. I think we are all a little numb to all that silliness by now.

This is all based on fake victimhood

if someone rolls up to work dressed up as the opposite , they did it to themselves voluntarily

it’s not like you were walking to work and gang members kidnapped your dog and told you to dress like bizzitch breh or the dog is gone
