He isn’t outright blaming anyone yet, he just knows it was either the helicopter pilot or the tower. Yet he has to know, when looking at the accident, that the copter went straight for the very easy to see plane. We will find out what happened shortly. People who are saying Trump is responsible for this are the ones I am arguing against. It could’ve been a medical condition. Nobody knows yet.
