These were his main corporate entities that went bankrupt - his hotels business, not some side off shoot brand. And let's keep something clear here - he f'd his investors and the people involved with these companies over form the get go. He took other people's money and labor to build those hotels and casinos, then paid himself a ton of money as an executive to pay down his personal debt and buy himself 200 million dollar yachts, then when he couldn't restructure the companies debt filed for chapter 11 where his investors and the contracts of money owed got nothing. Only he got paid on a failed business.

So yeah, that should be attached to him even if it was a personal bankruptcy because that is exactly what he is about to do to the federal gov't.

Well this is what you get with a Trump administration. Trump showed us during the 1st term that he is more interested to get out of ahead and do whatever he wants to do without actually putting thought into how his actions can cause a lot of chaos. Congress controls spending. The president can not unilaterally refuse to spend money that congress has delegated. Thats what the constitution says. Trump picking and choosing what programs he wants to allow and not allow unilaterally is unconstitutional.

If this was a democrat doing this the MAGATs would be having an anxiety attack calling for his impeachment.
