    I was legitimately just wondering about this. Like could he go into the dunk contest and pull an MJ. Guess the answer is yes. But it also sounds like he doesn't give a sh*t about dunk contests, and only cares about winning... which I'm totally there for.

    the release looks similar to before he was drafted. Is he tweaking the form or just doing more reps on he's always shot the ball.

    I saw that too. I came to post that if I'm his shooting coach, I make him shoot 1000's of 3-pointers with one hand. This will fix that hitch fast, as he no longer would be able to balance the ball unless he fixes the upward motion. Same goes for the free-throw. It would also speed up his release, opening far more possibilities for off the dribble shot creation, especially the step back or side step jumper.

    Random question for the high level ballers here, has anyone here ever had a shooting coach that believed in volume practice w one hand?

    He will never be an adequate 3pt shooter. These off-season clips are worthless. His jumper looks the same it's still broken and he's shooting them uncontested obviously he's going to make them. Dummies will wet their pants watching it though.

    I was pretty pumped to see the handle work to start out that video. I'd very much like to see the arc in the video in real life. Idk if it's because the camera is below him but it looks like he's getting under it a little more. As flat as some of his shots were last season that's a huge improvement. I don't care what the release looks like that alone is a gigantic development.
